Homes

On-grid rooftop systems from 1 kW to 10 kW, sized to your bill and roof.
- Subsidy for eligible homes under PM Surya Ghar: ₹30,000 per kW up to 2 kW, ₹18,000 for the 3rd kW, total capped at ₹78,000 (official rules as on 17 Oct 2026).
- The subsidy is paid by the government to your bank account after the system is inspected; eligibility is checked on the national portal.
- MSEDCL fixed charges stay on the bill; the energy part of the bill goes down with the units your system makes.
Housing societies
Solar for common facilities such as lifts, water pumps, corridor and outdoor lighting.
- Group housing societies and resident welfare associations: ₹18,000 per kW for common facilities, up to 500 kW (at 3 kW per house), as per the official rules as on 17 Oct 2026.
- We need the society resolution, recent electricity bills and roof access for the site survey.
- Individual flats can also apply for home rooftop systems where the roof allows.
Shops, offices and factories

- PM Surya Ghar subsidy is for homes and housing societies, not for businesses.
- Net metering is as per MSEDCL rules for your category; we file the application.
