Shipping and delivery

Where we deliver

We deliver across Maharashtra and, for most products, anywhere in India. Some heavy items (solar panels, batteries) are sent by our own transport or a goods transporter instead of a courier.

Delivery options and charges

Courier: ₹300 per order, free for orders of ₹10,000 or more. You get the courier name and AWB number on WhatsApp and on your order page.

Our transport / truck: the charge depends on the distance and the load; our office confirms it with you before dispatch. You get the vehicle number, LR number and driver phone.

Pickup from our shop: free. We send a pickup code when the order is ready; show it at the counter.

When it is dispatched

In-stock items are usually dispatched within 1 to 3 working days after the order is confirmed (and, for bank transfer, after the payment is received). Items marked "ships after confirmation" can take longer; we tell you the date before you pay.

Damage in transit

Please check the parcel at delivery. If it is damaged, take photos, write "received damaged" on the delivery slip and WhatsApp us within 48 hours.
