Prices and invoices
Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. A GST tax invoice is issued for every order. Prices and stock can change; the price at the time of your order applies.
Orders
An order is accepted when we confirm it on WhatsApp or on your order page. We may cancel an order (with a full refund) if a product is out of stock or a price was shown wrongly.
Warranty
Product warranty is given by the manufacturer as per its warranty card. Installation, if ordered separately, is covered by our own service terms.
Payment
Online payments are processed by the payment provider; we do not see or store your card details. For bank transfer, please write the order number in the remark.
Disputes
Please contact us first; we will try to solve every issue. These terms follow Indian law; courts at Satara, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
