Returns, cancellation and refunds
Cancelling an order
You can cancel free of charge before the order is dispatched: call or WhatsApp us with the order number.
Returns
Unused products in their original sealed packing can be returned within 7 days of delivery, except items opened, installed or made to order. Manufacturing defects are handled under the brand’s warranty: we help you with the claim.
Refunds
Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method (or to your bank account for cash on delivery) within 7 working days after we receive the returned product. Delivery charges are not refunded unless the product was wrong or damaged.
