Who we are

What we collect, and why
Name, mobile number, village / town and, if you give them, e-mail and monthly light bill: to call you back, prepare your proposal and keep you informed on WhatsApp.
For a PM Surya Ghar application, a bank loan or a purchase: the documents you upload (Aadhaar, light bill, bank passbook, PAN), your address, and payment details. These are used only for that application or order.
Your mobile is checked with a one-time code on WhatsApp; we never ask for passwords or card details on this website.
Who we share it with
Only what each step needs: MSEDCL and the national PM Surya Ghar portal for your subsidy and net meter, your bank for a loan, the courier or transporter for delivery, and the payment provider for online payments. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share it for advertising.
Customer stories, photos and names appear on this website only if you said yes, and only what you allowed (for example the village only). You can ask us to remove them at any time.
Cookies and visitor counting
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser remembers your language and your cart on your own device. We count visits ourselves without cookies: the IP address is not stored, and the count cannot be traced back to you.
How long we keep it
Enquiries without an order: up to 2 years. Customers: as long as needed for the system’s warranty and service and as required by tax and accounting law (generally 8 years for invoices). Visit counts: 13 months.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw a consent you gave (for example for a customer story). Contact us as above; we may need to keep invoices and records that the law requires.
Security
Data is kept on our own secured servers with access only for our staff who need it. Documents are never public.
